Blocking out the scenery breaking my mind*
Whenever I see this on the side of a road, I have to wonder is it profitable…
I have to think it is, because it seems I see them all the time, and I regularly see the guy in a City truck taking them down, and then in a day or 2 I see pretty much them same signs in pretty much the same place… Since there is a guy in a City truck going around picking these up I have to think it is illegal, probably littering or something like that, so does the city go after these guy and write them a ticket, I’m guessing not.
